Samsung teases Series 9 Ivy Bridge Ultrabook, leaves availability in the ether
Samsung's latest Series 9 Ultrabook is certainly a beautiful piece of engineering, but really, what's the fun in purchasing a new laptop with yesterday's internals? Fortunately, users won't need to make that compromise, as the company has now outed a refreshed version of the computer that's complete with Ivy Bridge internals. The move follows Samsung's recent reveal of the Series 7 Gamer laptop, but as you'd expect, components in the Series 9 are geared more toward efficiency than performance. At its heart, you'll find a dual-core 1.7GHz Core i5 3317U CPU (which has yet to be announced), Intel HD Graphics 4000 and the HM75 Express chipset. While its internal storage remains the same, with a 128GB SSD, its memory has received a pleasant bump up to 8GB. No word yet on pricing or availability, but for those who want to own the very latest, we invite you to stay tuned.

Apple patents that moment when you text-bomb everyone with your new number
So, you've changed your phone number to escape that stalker (look, we're sorry, we just wanted to sell you a pyramid scheme), but how do you let all 104 of your remaining friends know without manually texting 'em? The answer lies in Apple's newly granted patent, which aims to end the tedium by having your device recognize when your number switches and automatically send an updated contact entry to everyone in your address book. Of course, there's nothing in the claims to say it's discriminatory, so now we've got your number again -- have you changed your mind about that pyramid scheme?

'Dark Knight Rises' Final Trailer: Five Key Scenes
From the looks of the latest clip, the final film may be the end for not only Christopher Nolan, but for Bruce Wayne as well.

If you don't want to see the final Christopher Nolan Batman movie now, you probably haven't watched the final trailer yet.
Going in the complete opposite direction of the "Inception" BWOOONG cliché, the new "The Dark Knight Rises" trailer opts instead for near silence, broken by individual notes from a piano and mind-meltingly awesome images from the conclusion of the Dark Knight trilogy.
We've broken down the clip to analyze every ounce of goodness, so here are the five key scenes from the final "Dark Knight Rises" trailer.
Old Bruce
We previously learned that "The Dark Knight Rises" would jump forward in time eight years, and the beginning of the trailer hints that those might not have been great years for Bruce Wayne. He looks tired and beaten down, sporting some facial hair, something we haven't seen since his League of Shadows days. The second trailer clearly showed Bruce walking with a cane, so we know that time has meant more than just a new goatee for the Caped Crusader.
Who is John Blake?
Joseph Gordon Levitt's character has been mostly left a mystery, outside of his job description, a "beat cop." In the newest trailer, Blake is doing a whole lot more, but has yet to reveal what it is he's actually doing. There's even a brief exchange between him and Selina Kyle, and they seem at least familiar with each other and Bruce. But the shot that will have all the fanboys talking is one between Blake and a young boy. And as is the rule with fanboys, if an explanation isn't handed to them, they'll invent one. In the case of this shot, theories about Blake as the new Batman and the boy as Robin have already begun to show up.
Bane
So much has been made of the physical threat that Bane poses to Batman, but we haven't seen them engage in fisticuffs until the new trailer. A longer version of the shot from the first trailer, their short bout in the latest preview finally gives us a glimpse at what a Batman vs. Bane fight actually looks like, and it's brutal. Fans have speculated that this may not only be the final film for Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale, but also for Bruce Wayne, as the trailer seriously implies that Bruce will not survive the entire film.
The Cat and the Bat
Any fan of the comics knows that Selina Kyle has fun toeing the line between friend and foe, but in the trailer when she's fighting alongside Batman in one scene and riding in the Bat with him in another, her toe is firmly planted in the friend zone. If Commissioner Gordon is sidelined for most of the movie like he was in the first trailer, Batman could use a new ally who knows a thing or two about kicking some butt.
The Bat
Just to be clear, it's not a car. The Bat has made brief appearances in set photos, previous trailers and merchandising, but it isn't until the final shot of the trailer that Batman's new aerial ride gets to show off. The Bat does a barrel roll over a building, avoiding two missiles hot on its tail. This is no lame hovercraft. This thing is a full-on jet that we cannot wait to see more of.

, the boys turned their verbal cannons on another ex-Mouseketeer.</P><P><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:762692/cp~vid%3D762692%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A762692" width="460" height="260" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed></P><P>Sitting down for <a href="http://fresh1027.radio.com/2012/04/30/britney-spears-puts-the-wanted-in-the-corner/" target="_blank">another radio interview</a> in New York on Monday (their people should really consider keeping the boys off N.Y. radio, just sayin'), the lads opened up about a rather unpleasant interaction with Britney Spears' security team in November.</P><P>They said they were personally invited to open Brit's show in Manchester and by all accounts the hook-up went swimmingly, with a cute photo op and a <a href="https://twitter.com/?tw_e=screenname&tw_i=131681568166129664&tw_p=tweetembed#!/britneyspears" target="_blank">follow-up tweet</a> from Spears in which she wrote, "So the boys from @thewantedmusic came to my Wembley show & we hung out backstage! Love them!"</P><P>But member Tom Parker revealed that, "We signed a confidentiality thing that we should never say anything about what happened, but let's tell it anyway." That prompted Siva Kaneswaran to open up the legal Pandora's box and spill, "I was in the hallway with my tour manager. Basically we were looking with a laptop, trying to get WiFi ... facing the middle of the hallway. [Britney's] bouncers came down with her and told us to face the wall."</P><P>"As Miss Spears is walking through," added Parker. "We're like come on!" But, since they are nice boys, Kaneswaran said, "We turned around and I faced a wall for about 10 seconds until she got really far away."</P><P>They didn't wait long to walk this one back a bit, though. Jay McGuiness quickly followed-up with another patented Wanted semi-apology, explaining, "But honestly when we actually met her person to person, she was so down to earth. You can tell she's a total Southern girl and Nathan [Sykes], when he was a kid, won a singing competition. She was one of the judges or something. And she gave him a kiss, it was one of his first kisses as a kid. So he got to meet her again and support her."</P><P>Last week, when MTV News' Sway spoke to the boys they were in a similarly feisty mood, with Parker claiming that Justin Bieber had smacked Kaneswaran in his crown jewels when they performed with the "Boyfriend" singer. "He [Kaneswaran] came up to me in the dressing room and said, 'Why's he picking on me?'" Parker joked.</P><P>As for Spears, at the time, Sykes said, "She's lovely as well. We haven't really met people who aren't very nice and Britney was just very, very nice. She was kind of what you'd expect her to be, very happy and American."
